MS Dynamics CRM Training Lead Our banking client is looking for a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM Training Lead to join their Manchester based team. Role Purpose: Undertake training and embedding work across a 750 user deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Crawley, Manchester (UK) and Poland based on a Case Management solution. The role would work closely with business and project stakeholders to drive excellent user adoption through floor walking and maintenance of a close working relationship with team leaders through a train the trainer strategy and on going user support such as dashboard, views and training documentation. The role would also drive feedback from users to help define the product backlog for future releases. Scope of the Role: Criteria/results by which success can be measured Tasks will include, but will not be limited to: Drive embedding & consistent usage through a close working relationship with team leaders who will be performing the role Product Champion Undertake floor walking on ""Go Live of New Teams"" and targeted thereafter to include local training interventions working with the Product Champions and individual teams/users Provide user support for on-going configuration of Dashboards and Advanced Find views to meet changing needs post project implementation. Maintain all training resources held within ""Learning Path"" to reflect feedback from users Drive a pro-active user adoption strategy through monitoring usage across individual teams Out of Scope of the Role: The initial set up of training resources within learning path will be carried out by the implementation project Day to day technical support such as ""user cannot get access to the application"" and issues with data is catered for through a separate technical help desk function No CRM coding and development activity through access to SDK Role requirements Pre-requisites: Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in the following areas: Ideally the candidate will already be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM trainer with previous exposure to Microsoft 2015 minimum - preferably on-line 365. Clear understanding of the benefits of a CRM system within a business environment Use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Access. Excellent communication at all levels; Relationship building; Prioritisation and flexibility in managing multiple demands; Flexibility on working hours when required to manage change outside 9-5 main system usage Presentation and stakeholder management; Problem solving Collaboration.
